What Is Account Merging?
Account merging allows you to combine two separate OKX accounts (e.g., Account A and Account B) into one primary account. This process migrates the email or phone number from one account (e.g., Account A) to another (Account B). After merging, Account A will be closed, and only Account B—now enhanced with Account A’s credentials—will remain active.
When to Use Account Merging
- Changing Credentials: Your current phone/email is linked to another account you own.
- Linking Credentials: The phone/email you want to add is already tied to another OKX account.
