Updating Your Phone Number While Logged In

Via the OKX Mobile App

  1. Open the OKX app and navigate to the User Center.
  2. Select Profile & Settings, then go to Security.
  3. Under Authentication Methods, choose Phone.
  4. Click Change Phone Number and enter your new number.
  5. Request verification codes for both your new and current numbers via SMS.
  6. Enter both 6-digit verification codes when received.
  7. Complete the process with your two-factor authentication (2FA) code.

Note: If verification fails, select Can't Verify at the bottom of the page.

On the OKX Website

  1. Go to Profile in your account dashboard.
  2. Locate Phone Authentication in security settings.
  3. Select your country code and enter the new phone number.
  4. Request SMS verification codes for both numbers.
  5. Input the received codes and confirm with your 2FA code.

Confirmation will be sent via email/SMS upon successful update.
